Rear suspension is solid hard

What @Jlaa said. Bad SLS spheres. You may also need to replace the SLS hydrolegs... if original, I would strongly recommend this, even if they otherwise appear OK visually. Not cheap, but worth it, and you won't have to replace them for another 20 years.

NOTE: If buying used ones, have the seller provide photos with the accordion dust boot pulled up. If the foam stop buffer is not in good condition, you don't want them. More photos at this link.
