FYI Recommended ETA rebuilder

In the post Don Roden world, finding a rebuilder for your ETA is tough.

In January, I had the non-ASR ETA in my 94 E420 that I sold to Alphasud40 serviced by Beckman Technologies of Durham, NC. They calibrated, serviced, replaced parts and replaced the wiring in the ETA.

They did great work and were cheaper than Vlad of Restoreyourmercedes.com (he wanted $800).

Beckman charged me $650 including shipping. They have ones on the shelf ready to go and you send back your core to be rebuilt. They include a return label for the core in the box which was convenient.

Wanted to make sure the forum was aware.
