There isn't much too it anyway Stephen. Where the armrest mounts to the seat you will see a plastic trim. These get brittle with age and are NLA.
So be very gentle with it and pry it evenly away from the seat in the middle. You will expose 2x 13mm nuts. Ps leave the plastic trim over the armrest shaft. Taking it complete off is not necessary and WILL 95% of the time snap it in too when aged and brittle.
Take off the 2x 13mm nuts and the armrest will come off
