Just want to let members be aware of a scammer who calls himself "Mercedes Benz Parts Dealer" on Facebook Market place. He took my $100 for a piece of trim for my W140,saying that he was based in Texas. Two days later he claims that the the trim is blocked in Customs & asked me to pay another $100 to get it. By this time I realized that I was was being scammed & told him to pay the customs duties himself, I was supposed to be dealing with someone based in the USA. Then he comes up with all sorts of excuses that he can't do anything, so I request a refund. Then he blocks me on Facebook/Messenger. Don't deal with him or believe his BS ....
