Seat belt buckle wiring

Finally, got the time to take out the seat and chase the wiring issue which was broken out of the buckle.
There are no terminal numbers on the buckle and I can't tell the order in which the wires should be soldered (meaning does the yellow one attaches to the left side or the right side metal lead). The passenger side is missing all together, so, can't look at that one and need to order a new one.

Secondly, anyone has the torque spec on the bolts that attach seat to the frame. FSM write-up does not have those values.

Thx
