Hello again Gentlemen :)

... not content on "leaving well enough alone" ... I am planning on doing some "modifications" on the pictured cars below:

for the Gullwing, I want to change the wheels and tires to the "AMG" wheels and tires (after I have the magwheels painted silver and the tires in semi-gloss black), try to fit the M275 engine (pictured also below).

for the W201, I wanted to remove the rear spoiler, and fit the multi-spoked wheels and tires (again painting silver for the wheels and semi-gloss black for the tires).

... now if I can only find a diecast modifier over here in Manila Philippines

Best regards to all

Hello BRN9121 :)

I really had intentions of trying to do it myself, except for the painting of the rims and tires ... I'll let my son do it 😟 as I might just ruin it.

During a trip to Japan last February, I even visited the Tokyo store of Tamiya and bought their airbrush and several accessories related and gave it to my son. I wanted to buy their paints but was warned that I could not put it in my luggage as they had the "flame" emblem on the bottles 😭

I also went to Hong Kong just to buy again certain items from the Tamiya store like brushes, masking tapes, even carbon fiber stickers and a whole lot more. Jusst in case these would help in the customizing of the diecast cars 😊

I promise to try and will post updates here ...

Best regards
