Two different Green Limited interiors are shown. Something is fishy here. Note the seats are also different... looks like one is original Limited, and one is not original.

EDIT: The car with the gauge in the center console appears to be one of the E320 sedans, since there is a Sportline shift knob visible, and the wagon has a Black interior. It appears there are FIVE different cars for sale?

Interesting, he also shows a “ducktail” in one pic. Maybe I’m blind but I can’t se a ducktail on any 124 (2 sedans & 1 Cabrio) in the 14 other pics.

The pics all look nice but if I was going to purchase this lot I would have to see these cars in person and all the VINs/FINs and paperwork up front.

IMOP, You would think that an enthusiast that collects four 124s would be providing much more information about this collection.

and matches the sellers postcode in ads.

P/N HWA1190900501 shown in the photos is for the M119.980 only, and only used on the W210.072 chassis (E50/E60). This WILL NOT fit a 124/140/129 chassis.

However, the photos show a mix of parts, .97x and .980/W210, which is very confusing.

A member there called 'Cihat Kalayci' posted following text, which I (with help of my iPad's translating app too) translated as:

Description​

For sale is my E500 Limited.​

​

The car is in good condition overall. It recently passed its TÜV inspection in January, received its historic vehicle registration (H-plate), and had various services performed.​

​

It was originally registered in Germany, then imported to Japan, and subsequently returned to Germany. We have owned it since 2018.​

​

The car is accident-free.​

In my opinion, the leather interior could use some detailing.​

​

Otherwise, the engine and transmission run perfectly and deliver full power. There are currently no outstanding repairs.​

I'm pretty sure I saw this same one advertized (can't remember on which site) in Berlin in November 2025 with asking price €55K. Mileage was then reportedly 125K km. Some AMG stickers on it. Ex-Dubai??

This car used to be in the UAE. Google search the VIN you’ll find it. It was a 5.0 L then unless it’s been converted since then. Doesn’t seem to be a super clean example IMO.

Me neither. Looks like it had a 6L in the past, maybe, but that's gone now - why? Wrong headlight lenses (non-036).

And, the center console is blurred out too...

Merging two threads on the same car for sale.

VIN Database notes say that Fudge originally posted about this car back in March 2012, on this site. So, there may even be older info on the forum relating to this car from its days in the UAE. It is originally a German-delivered model.

I can futz around with it, but not a priority right now.

The original photos were SUPER confusing. See post #2 with details... I was able to identify 5 separate vehicles.

Wonder which are still available. Current ad says the Limited has been with the same owner since 2018.

I believe it's blurred because it's the vehicle with the gauge in the center console (as per post #2 above, 11 Nov 2025, the left pic). After the threads have been merged yesterday by @gerryvz I now remember where I saw this car advertized before! In other words: this might be the interior of an E320 (not an E500) with a "fake" green Limited interior (it certainly looks fake). Very confusing indeed!
