Hard to tell exactly without a photo, but if I'm not mistaken it may be the later style Victor wheel with narrow spoke space at bottom.
The early type Victor steering wheel is VIC-DB3, here is some info about Victor st.wheels:

My statement was obviously wrong (previous post corrected).
I was browsing the internet and came over just one image of an early version of the same type steering wheel. It sits in a W140 and the link said Lorinser as well. The two steering wheels shown in this thread has the special hand grips which is not common to see on Lorinser st.wheesl of that era. I have no further ideas.
