Switch the thumbnails viewer on/off in personal settings?

There is no setting that toggles the view on or off.
In the past I had some custom code that I created that defaulted this view to "off" for everyone, but in various updates over the past couple of years this code was eliminated. I can try to re-create it and add it back into the forum software, but it would not be a priority for me at this time. Let me see what I can do over the next couple of weeks.
I think I got this taken care of. Please confirm that the fix is working? Or is not working?

It’s showing as 3:40pm for me in the UK but it might be related to the time settings on the device you are viewing it on maybe?
I don’t think so. This is on my I-Phone which is on SoCal Pacific Daylight Savings Time.
“Spring Forward 1 Hour”
The official forum time, set for all users, is US Eastern Time, per below setting from the forum's Admin Control Panel. This is because the data center where the forum's server resides, is in Newark, NJ. Not to mention that I am also based in the Eastern US time zone, and about a three-hour drive from Newark.
You have the ability to set your own forum time zone, by clicking on your name at the top of the screen (next to the PM envelope), and then selecting "Preferences" and setting the time to your desired zone.
