The only vacuum line that connects to ANY of the powertrain modules/computers is to the EZL. The manifold vacuum data is transferred via CAN bus to other modules.
The Basic Module / General Module (BM/GM) is a fancy power supply for the other modules, along with the function of the OVP and KLIMA relays which were eliminated. The OVP, KLIMA, and power supply functions are all combined into the BM/GM.
A large vacuum leak could cause the LH to adjust the mixture slightly, which over time would affect adaptation values. A small leak probably would do nothing.
