No Air from Center Vents/Vacuum Leak

Does anyone remember where I can find this in the EPC. I've spent 45 minutes looking under engine, vacuum, and heating/ventilation chapters but no luck. It's the four-prong connector that sits right behind the brake booster and distributes vacuum to the three pods for HVAC. I replaced this once years ago, and probably even did a post on it, but the fitting is cracked again, so it's time for a new one. I just can't seem to find it now. Thanks.

Jon, I believe the item shown in your photo is either p/n 201-805-02-22 or 117-078-00-45. I had to do a reverse lookup to find it in the EPC (Group 80, subgroup 045, callout 44).

I think a different splitter may also used behind the brake booster though, p/n 601-078-04-45 ? Now I need to go check my cars!

UPDATE: The 3-way splitter on the .034/.036 is part # 201-805-02-22. Photos attached below.

Just get your magnifier glass out. If that is the factory part, you'll find a part number on it. Look at the center section and you will see 117-078-00-45. The three finger version is 117-078-01-45.

Thanks, guys. The number on the part is 023640/2. There's a 14 under that.

So the four-finger version I'm looking for is 117-078-00-45?

BTW, if there is no air coming from your center vents, I would check this part for leaks first. Ask me how I know.
