can't find the edit Button.
from all the reading I did saw a post that says that we can use "2010 10$ "diaphragm for 1248000275 and the 2675 2975 and 3075?
is this so?
thanks

The ACD-2010 kit will fix the center vent pod, #02 part number (124-800-02-75). This is a single-diaphragm pod with one vacuum connection.

The ACD-2010 kit will fix HALF of the main air flap / diverter pods, #29 and #30 part number (124-800-29-75 and 124-800-30-75). These are dual-diaphragm "pink" pods with two vacuum connection. The ACD-2010 kits fixes the section which is most commonly failed, the other diaphragm cannot be replaced but does not often fail.

can't the upper part of 29 be fixed with the 2010 ?he now has a lower diaphrgme for sale # 2020.if this is the case we can now repair all of them except 1248000975 was told 1268001475 might work? what's your thought?
here is a video of the dual pod rebuild

See post #101-#102 above.

Also read post #199 at Peachparts (Fruitbird), link below.

The video above shows destroying the original lower diaphragm and replacing it with the -2020 components. DO NOT use the ACD-2020 kit to repair a 'pink' pod unless BOTH diaphragms have failed. I.e. do not replace an old, good diaphragm with the -2020 components, because it will reduce actuator travel as described in the PeachParts thread. Better to source a different used 'pink' pod and only replace the upper diaphragm with the ACD-2010 kit. Better yet, source any new/NOS "pink" pod you can still buy and swap the metal rod, and clock the housing as needed.
