For the W124, mirror 1 is auto dimming with Homelink and amber compass $200 shipped to US addresses. Mirror 2 is auto dimming with Homelink only, $165 shipped to US addresses and mirror 3 is auto dimming only with on/off function and grey front bezel (would look best in cars with grey interior) $135 shipped to US addresses.

For the W126, auto dimming with Homelink and amber compass. $200 shipped to US addresses.

International shipping would be $35.00

The Homelink is not compatible with Liftmaster Security Plus 2.0 technology but it can be upgraded for compatibility for a upcharge of $35.00 (not applicable to mirrors already built)

If your asking if the mirrors I build are identical to the OEM dimming mirrors sold by Mercedes, the answer is no. These are built to be OEM if the W124 production lasted past 1995. While the bracket that is used is a OEM W124 bracket, the auto dimming mirrors themselves are much newer models (made by the same company Gentex), which are auto dimming (not selectable dimming as in the OEM) and have a integrated compass and Homelink, both features the original mirror never had. The mirrors I build can be purchased as just auto dimming, or auto dimming and Homelink or auto dimming, Homelink and compass. So there are multiple varieties.

FWIW, the original W124 selectable dimming mirror was actually built for GM vehicles, primarily used in the Cadillac. It was modified by Gentex for use in the W124 and a custom W124 bracket was made that is shorter than the OEM bracket (needed for the offset mounting location)
