What are ya'll doing for EPC?

I used to buy the European subscription at $16/year. Not sure I see the value at whatever the subscription charge is today. Looking at the CD's sold on ebay, most indicate that they only go back to 1986 which is rules out many of my cars.

Anyone have experience with a seller that sells CD's covering older models?

The WIS only goes back to - MAYBE - 1986. And that's probably for the W124 chassis only. That is likely why the sellers are claiming 1986.

The EPC goes back to the beginning of time; or close enough. The only date which matters on the EPC is the latest year covered. Mine is 2012 so I have no data for anything newer. They almost never update the EPC on old stuff from the 1980's so I haven't bothered to upgrade yet.
