Won't start...

So my 1993 400e has been treating me well for the past several months. But today it wouldn't start. I had the starter rebuilt approx 2 months ago, and that fixed that issue. But today, it's not getting power to the solenoid. (Checked with voltmeter)

I'm having a really hard time finding a wiring diagram for the starter circuit. It wont start in neutral, and starter isn't bad.

Maybe (I'm hoping) there's a bad starter relay? I can't find any info (I own Mitchell but its on a work computer locked up for the weekend)

Any help please...

If you have never replaced your lower engine harness, you may have a short there.

Look near the alternator and the oil pressure sender for frayed wiring which is a telltale sign of an old decayed harness.
