We are derailing the topic a bit, I know, but I like to mention my connection to that very nice 355 Diamond Blue 500E. Back in 2006 when I joined 500Ecstasy this car was owned by a nice Serbian guy living in France. I tried to persuade him to sell the car to me, but he refused. However, we kept contact on Email and PM, and one year later he sent a link to a sales prospect on AutoScout24 - and that was the SuperMerc! So that Diamond Blue car lead me to the ownership of my SuperMerc. Later on he lost his job and was regretfully forced to sell his Diamond Blue 500E. A French doctor bought it as a daily driver, but late 2008 he decided to sell and he contacted me and offered the car. The car was very clean with approx. 170kkm, but I had to refuse and lost track on it after that.
