19" Brabus monblock VI 2pc on 500E?

Hi Guys,

I currently have the 19" AMG monoblocks on my 500E. I love the wheels and plan to keep them. I just want a change in style. I want to buy a set of Brabus monoblock VI in 19" which are the 2pc. They come standard from Brabus as 19x8.5 ET45 and 19x9.5 ET45. With maybe a 12-15mm spacer these should work on right? I don't think it will be to much different then my current 19" monoblocks but wanted to check. Also wanted to see if anyone else put these on there car in 19"? I know the style wheel is not really era specific, but I like them and feel they can still look good.

Thanks in advance

This is the closest ol' google showed me. Squinting is required.

I'd use 15-20mm spacers. If the Brabus wheels use ball-seat lugs, you may need special lugs with M12 thread and R14 ball seat. If they are cone seat it shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks guys... I saw a picture of a W124 with the 18" monoblovk VI, which are not 2pc, but still look good. I think the 19" really will look great on the car.

Thanks, you think the 12mm would be to small? Maybe the 15mm would be a good compromise or do you suggest 20? I wonder how the best way to find out what lugs the Brabus wheels use? In any case, it should not matter much I guess, because the M12-R14 are what I believe I had to get to make my 19" AMG monos work too.

Spacer thickness depends on how much you want to fill out the fenders. 12-15mm is plenty conservative. With 20mm spacers they would be ET25 front & rear... zero issues with clearance/rubbing even with 255/285 tires. Although you could probably go out even further (especially in the rear), I'd stay in the 15-20mm range. Remember you need hubcentric spacers...

From memory, the Brabus wheels use ball-seat lugs... but you'll need to double-check.

Thanks!!! that is exactly what I am going to do then. I will keep it simple and just do 20mm spacers front and rear. I pray it all goes well. Thanks for your help!
