My passenger side rear fog light receptacle is missing the contacts for a bulb. In searching eBay it seems all the used ones seem to all have a receptacle for fog light without bulb or connection for bottom of bulb to make contact. Do they normally accept a bulb ? I assume so if fog light is going to work
