IIRC, this was a later AMG engine converted back to LH-SFI (dual distributors, etc). You'll need to contact the seller to get the details. Thought he had it installed in a 500E temporarily?

I can supply the ECU if anyone decides to pull the trigger.

and also to prepare big bunch of $, to install it correctly , with 500 ezl it wont be wow 6,0 EZL NLA , need to reprogram ecu, revise all gaskets , most of them custom only because OEM NLA , and find right place with right prices which is hard

If it came out of a 500E, it should be ready to drop in to any E500E (i.e., no changes or part swapping needed, other than possibly belt-driven accessories/brackets). But yeah, it may need a re-seal, if that hasn't been done... front & rear crank seals, valve cover gaskets, intake PCV hoses, all the usual stuff. Gaskets are all the same as 5.0L except for the head gaskets, if the heads need to come off, yes that will be expensive.

The 6.0L engines run just fine with a 5.0L EZL, I'm not sure if there is any advantage to the HWA- EZL which is no longer available. The 6.0L LH module is the only missing link required, but I have those available for sale if anyone needs them.
