We have plenty of calipers here in Russia avaialable.
Even gt-r r35 calipers are not so expensive.

Another comment about the E-class brakes, which applies for any larger/heavier MB like S, SL, CLS... The rotor has an higher hat and the disc is 36mm, so they won't clear the LCA ball joint. 36mm discs is not needed for the 036 either due to its lower weight. Another drawback is the extra weight on 36mm vs. 32mm, plus you need a larger caliper. All in all it adds up 30% weight increase per side!! compared to the 6-pot 360x32mm for the CLK/SLK cars.
Interesting about the caliper availability in Russia, I could need some advice to find something there. But the GT-R has 380x35 rotors both front & rear, so their rear 4-pot calipers won't fit so good on 340x32 rotors. The enclosed images shows of a couple of newer 4-pots I would look for.
