You know, it's really a good idea to check the spare tire well when you buy a car. I did, and the spare was there but I should have looked closer. No tool kit, no jack. Oops! Anyone parting out that has thr holder and kit? Or know where I might look to find one? Not on E-bay or Amazon right now.
