Are USA facelift E500 lights available new?

It appears they are not, I'm seeking p/n 1248200757 and 1248200857, looking for complete headlight assemblies. Anyone know where to find them at any price?

Both have been NLA for a while. You might find a used pair, but new will be really hard to locate, especially if you want the USA-spec Bosch lights for originality (not Euro-spec, made by Hella).

Thanks Dave. Can the Euro lights accept US lenses and vice versa? Or do the entire headlight assemblies need to be swapped?

Yes, the Euro facelift light buckets can accept US lenses, and vice versa. It's plug and play.

Note that standard Euro buckets will have a shield over the H3 bulb that would need to be removed if used with 036 lenses. And the reflectors/lenses must match for LHT/RHT.

And, USA facelift lenses were never sold separately. And, all the Euro lights/lenses are NLA.
