E500 Euro headlights

I'm in the process of trying to import my UK spec E500 from UK to Denmark so will have to do something about my headlights. I've searched around online and noticed the the prices for E500 units are pretty crazy. Are there any alternatives to buying full Euro units? Can you just change the lenses, for example?

Don't just look at the pictures, look at the actual post he has for those lenses, he is a Mercedes seller and he has those listed for 1500 euro

OK, but I was looking at his other parts and it varies with the pricing, and the response when people are asking. He appears to be legit though.
