Mounting Rear US license plate on Euro cars

Hello Folks...My E60 just arrived today. First order of business is license plates. How can I mount a US plate on this car.

Attaching the pics of what it looks like. Even the screws needed are different.

Were all the european specifications early 500Es delivered WITHOUT the license plate panel? See the comparison here between one with and one without. The one without has always looked cleaner to me - more unadulterated. I wonder if reverting to this is as simple as removing the plastic panel...

I don't know of any bracket that's sold. I always had them with the car and last time around I kept one from a euro car I sold. It looks identical to URO 01142. You can drill through the plastic frame and screw into the existing trunk holes that way. I can send measurements of how mine is if that helps. The inner bolts are ready for the US plate and I just got some fresh screws from Home Depot.

See if P/N 124-817-00-11 works for a facelift model. It did for my pre-facelift car.

Hello folks... This was simpler than I thought.
Used this part from the local autozone

Cruiser Accessories Clear Universal License Plate Mount​

This is 12 inches wide... And has slots to where it fit the 10.5 inch spacing of the existing euro holes in the chassis. Then easily mounted the US plates on top of this.
