But that's what i am saying. There's only one side from Marnelli, and other side from Bosch. What you suggest?
Magneti Marelli and Bosch are related companies (Google for details if interested).
Buy both sides while you still can, regardless if branded Bosch or M-M. Otherwise you'll be stuck buying used lights.
The plastic lens over the inboard H3 bulb is NLA, and the 500E lens is very different than standard 124 lens... hopefully yours are in decent shape, the aftermarket stuff is for fog lights (not auxiliary high beams). They look completely different, in addition to having incorrect functionality.
The USA main headlight with glass lens and 9004 bulb, shown in post #1 and #2, is the same.
However the inboard lamp is indeed different. The reflector has no shield over the H3 bulb and the plastic lens is completely different, more transparent and with a chrome surround. Don't try to "clean" the chrome, that usually makes it worse. You can clean the plastic but that's about it.

They are not the same as a regular W124.
In part at least, the two inboard lights on a 500E are driving lights, while on other W124 they are fog lights.
You mean the first post what i shared with a picture is the same as original 500 headlights? Or they are different? Do the 300e and 500 are same? The square glass lamp is the same on all pre-facelift (260E, 300E, 300D, 300CE, 300TE, 300TD, 400E, 500E), USA-spec 124 chassis.
Good thing you already replaced those, the plastic 500E-specific lenses are NLA.
The only differences between "pedestrian" pre-facelift W124 headlights and pre-facelift 500E headlights are:
1) The 500E headlight door is "chromed" on the inside. Regular W124 pre-facelift plastic headlight doors are gray plastic on the inside -- NOT chromed. The main (square) headlamp portion is physically and functionally identical with all W124s.
2) The 500E headlight unit inside part (next to the grill), is a pencil-beam "driving light." For all other W124 models, the inside unit next to the grill is a standard "fog lamp." For the 500E (and E500), the "fog lamp" has been re-located to the front spoiler area, under the bumper.

So what you suggest me to do, now you see my lights as well. They are not so bad, but look's yellow. It never been cleaned. Do you suggest me to get one more marelli and mix it with a Bosch side, they are not going to look different?
Or just refresh my original one's? And if yes, what is the best way.

Sorry for a late response, had a emergency in a family. I just replaced the fog lamps. My lights are original, I am just asking you what happens if i i will buy one marelli and one bosch. It's not going to look different? May be just to open and clean, and polish the glass? Did someone done it before? Is it works?Bosch and Marelli will look IDENTICAL. I'd be surprised if you could tell which is which from 10 feet away where you can't read the logo on the glass.

Marelli and Bosch will look identical from the outside. You'd be hard pressed to tell the difference on the workbench.
It's difficult to polish the glass, which is why almost nobody attempts this. Install new glass and apply Lamin-X protective film.
