Hello and a happy new year,
Recently acquired my car and noticed a loud clicking noise from the pedal box when the clutch pedal fully returns to its rest position. Later found out that the little "cap" that the spring sits in on top is missing.
Without it, the spring is catching on the square wedge and abruptly lets go when the tension is too much.
Result, car jerks around as I try to counter the spring while taking off and the clicking which is driving me a bit nuts.
My problem is that I have no clue where to buy it or what is even called. Does anyone?
