Date of production engine harness

I'm examining the engine harness because my starter harness is in poor condition, and I plan to repair it with new wires. However, the main harness appears to be in good shape and seems to have silicone cables inside. I found a label with a number on it, but I'm uncertain about the three different dates listed:

Z.D.: 23.04.91

F.D.: 18/01/2010

On the main plug: 15.01.2010

Can anyone clarify what these dates signify?

Thank you now I understand it's German and signifies
Z.D. = Zeichnungsdatum
F.D. = Fertigungsdatum

someone knows if the new harness lilke this after a certain date was produced in silicon and not yet in PVC
Thank you for your help and have a nice day

Fertigungsdatum after approximately 1996-1997 should be the "good" insulation that does not degrade over time. Only the original harnesses have bad insulation.
