Upper wiring harness bracket

I assume you mean this bracket (see attached photo) but it's NLA.

Should be able to find one on a parts car from any M119 with LH injection, including the 140 chassis.

Yep, you can get that piece on any W140 in the wrecking yards with the 4.2 or 5-liter V-8 M119, or a 400E420. Perhaps someone here on the forum has one. Man, I've loosened and tossed many of those over the years when removing the valve covers to get at the metal cam oiler tubes.....
 
The local Pull a Part had an S420 that still had engine was able to get the bracket, two dist rotor adaptersp, plug wire tray, plug wire covers, cam sensor, complete air cleaner assembly and one air cleaner inlet tube which was unforturnatley a little short for a 034. Still a good hall for $70!
