#124 540 11 35 where does that wiring belong?

Last summer I bought several boxes with 036/124 parts from a local and one wiring loom was included #124 540 11 35.
Anybody having an idea which functions it serves?

I hadn't collected that PN on my memory seat conversion spreadsheet. Should be a good basis, it's missing only one wire IIRC.
