LOL, I've been daily driving mine. The fog in Marymoor park on 520 two Mondays ago was crazy. Glad I had the 500E fog lights!

See you at the G2G. I think I can make it, but I can't go to the track. Just the NorthGate Park and Ride, and the Toys for Tots.

A few of us braved a cold, windy, day to meet in Kent Wa.

Rain on the way down, and snow and ice on the way back, but it was worth it.

Great to see Rik again, and a real pleasure to meet Austin and Ellie. :up2:

A quick picture of the crew, OmegaBenz, T-500, 2phast, and Starcar, future 500 owner, and one of the mini "Show and Shine" at the Bellevue Sears lot:

LOL, Austin, that pic says it all. :up2:

We went through a blizzard, south of Bellingham. My car had a sheet of ice over the front except for the headlights. My antenna was coated and would not retract.

Looks like a great GTG. I wanted to make the trip however my wife's family was having their family x-mas on the same day, would have been ugly to miss it. Arctic weather has reached us, below is the scene in my driveway.

No need to explain, Allen. We missed you, though.

The weather truely was not kind to us. There wasn't much hanging around.

Next time, :cheers1:

I heard that the Gondola made its maiden voyage from Whisler to Blackcomb this weekend! That is pretty exciting!

Austin;

The Excalibur Gondola at Whistler had a tower collapse, yesterday. Minor injuries only, but occupants were trapped for 3 hours.

It seems that the tower filled with water and then froze. The expansion seperated the upper section from the base.

Not to worry, though, the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, from Whistler to Blackcombe, is checked out as safe.

All the others are good too and operations will not be affected much. Oh, they make you sign a waiver, though! :skull:
