Drivers seat belt pillar question for anyone who has taken these off before

I pulled mine off tonight since the vinyl shrunk bad i am going to redo. My trim panel has one metal clip up top but no other clips. It seems it might be missing a clip in the middle. Can someone confirm this for me before i call my local dealer and the parts guy tries to offer clueless advice. Attached are photos.

From memory, there is only the top clip. It is held in place at the sides by the door opening felt, and at the bottom by the plastic trim with two screws. And it's also generally a pain to get installed.
