E400 with 036 body mods

This is interesting, car currently for sale in Japan the VIN number seems to indicate a US spec E400 in Signalrot, but somebody has gone to a lot of trouble to give it the 500 look - nice !

This car has been on sale for at least 3 yrs with no takers so maybe someone can get a good deal

Here is one original 500e, but someone has face lifted and put 4.2 M119 engine.
Original engine maybe blown or something? Price is high and it has been on sale over 3 years... outside summer to winter to summer, etc.

Wow... that's a "downgrade" for that poor 500E.
