You will have to find it used. Not an easy task because it’s E500E specific. You can try to buy from Mercedes but unless something has changed it’s still NLA.
Your best bet is to keep an eye out for someone parting out an E500E and hope the panel is not rusted out also.
Next option is to have some body shop fab up a panel somehow.
