400E Engine hood lifting at higher speeds

Hello!
I have an unusual problem with my engine hood, at speeds around 100mph it starts to lift a bit at the front left corner. I can see it going up more as speed increase. It never popped up on my 5 years of ownership, but it is a little scary to say the least. Anyone had a similar situation?
What I tried to fix this:
-readjusting the bump stops to make it more secure on the latch it helped a bit bunt not too much and body lines no longer matched up
-adjusting the latch
-tried different hood
-drove it at lower speeds :lolol:

My other 124 don't have this issue and if I try to pry the hood with my hands I can feel it is more secure than in my 400E.

Anyone has a possible solution to this? I appreciate any ideas.

Has got to be your latch, but I don't know. If you'll need part numbers (#8, #14, #56, #11, #17) let me know
