Exactly Type of M119 Engine

Hello. I'm new here.
I can buy very cheap M119 engine but how i can check what exactly version of M119 it is?
I have few Photos from seller.
Can You help me?

Block casting number in your photo indicates this is a 5.0L engine with open-deck block per the FSM (link). The casting date (early 1994) aligns with this.

The oil pan is for the 140 chassis, so this will be an M119.970 engine. Not plug+play into a 124/129 without swapping the entire oil pan along with a number of other parts.

You can get the full engine serial from the top center of the block, see arrow below.
