A picture perfect day at a picture perfect location made for my first car show of the year. With one firm twist of the Green Knob & a turn of the key, the 500E started right up. After a check of the fluids & tire pressure, I drove into town & filled up with ethanol free gasoline.
I then onboarded the Wife and some day gear. We ventured off on a 1.5 hour drive to stately Sonnenberg Manor to meet up with the MBCA Finger Lakes Section (and hundreds of others) for a Father’s Day car show.

The 500E ran like a Champ. With hardly any traffic, the venture on mostly twisty country roads was very enjoyable & fast.
The Car Show was a “no-brainer” to participate in for only $10 with primo participant parking ($5 less than spectators & no walking or shuttling in from parking lots). Met some nice people with a common affection for Benzes (& cool cars in general), and acres of other 4 wheeled eye candy.
