Fault codes

Hello again, I am still strugling with my 1992 W140 M119 500SE, today I have blinked out codes. There where only two codes, Pin no 6 dtc 30 and pin no7 dtc 14,my engine starts perfect and runs fine on idle. After a while(two minutes) it starts to shake and the idle is low. It wont allow me to rev higher than 1500rpm. Do you have any suggestions?😃

Pin 6 / DTC 30 is a generic (phantom/ghost) code that always appears with limp mode. Ignore that one, focus on fixing the fault code on pin #7, that should cure your problem.

You're looking at the wrong sheet - that is for pin #6, not pin #7...

Read the instructions in the first pages of the PDF file. Make sure you are using the 2-digit codes from the first column on the left, these are the analog blink codes. The 3-digit codes in the next column are digital codes from HHT/HHT-Win.

I have a Star tester (china version), I can receive live data on it so maybe I can read my throttle position? Should it be 0% when closed and 100% when fully open?

If you have a recurring fault for switch S29/3, inspect it, and if you can't see anything wrong then replace it. This is not an unusual failure. Live data would most likely just show what is causing the fault code to be stored, which doesn't help. This assumes you have no other fault codes, btw.
