hey there
Im so happy today..as i got myself together and mounted up my new Continental head unit.
All the original stereo stuff have been taken out of the car at some point, and just speakers and wiring left.
So today ..i at least got to put in my head unit, and for now its just the front speakers mounted.
I was so tired of seeing that black hole in the center console...with wiring tucked in there. So now..i have sound..and i have the head unit looking OOOHHH sooo PRETTY in there.:)

Will hook up the rest of the stereo at some point..but at least i got started :)

Here are some pics of the head unit
The pics does not do the color of the illumination on the headunit,,,justice. It looks abit more yellow here..but in real life..its more of an orange color.

hope you like :)

Thanxx for looking :)

thanx man
I guess its not really Continental who makes them
I guess its a company called VDO...and it is not a super high end million dollar headunit..but for my use..and what i was looking for in the looks department..i found it to be a perfect head unit
Its quite well known in the "porsche" gang...as that is where i got the tip on this headunit.

Only available from Germany as far as i know.By the way its made in China.
But buttons and "the"feel" of the whole thing is very nice quality.

cheers :)

Just love the Euro A/c ventilation controls

hey there man :)
thanx..yeah ..i do agree with you...i kinda never liked the other version with just the buttons...but i guess its a preference

but thank you for commenting :)
