Capacitor replaced Bose Amp, still having audio issues

Hi folks, here is a video of my new car audio setup. Please dont judge the Kenwood head unit. Its ugly but works well. I have the display brightness set to the lowest setting (after the video). I know that there are retro looking head units with bluetooth etc but I have had good experiences with Kenwood and the price isn't egregious. With that out of the way, here goes.

I recently purchased the exact same amp as the one that was in my car. Bose 140 820 22 89 from eBay. My original amp is completely fried - water had made its way into the amp and caused all sorts of corrosion and fried circuits. I replaced the capacitors on the amp from eBay as numerous users on this and other forums seem to have had good luck with doing this repair.

Well, good news is that I have proper audio on at least 3 sides. The front Right side is giving me issues - watch the video for reference.

Here is a list of things I have done.

1. Replaced brown and Black capacitors on the amp, cleaned up the circuit boards.
2. Got the Metra wiring harness that is specifically intended for these cars and wired it up to the Kenwood head units harness.
3. Checked the wiring on the multi pin plug that connects to the amp and verified that all speakers are at least pinned correctly - Left/Right rear door speakers were flipped but this might be because of incorrect information on the pinout I found. There is no issue with the speakers in the rear doors anyway.
4. Checked all settings on the head unit itself as well as volume cycle and isolate L/R, F/R etc.

I am suspecting that it might be the front right speaker but its more likely that the amp still needs additional repair. If any one of you have more experience with this, I would love your suggestions on what to look for with a problem like this.
