Fix for NLA EGR gasket

Hello! I am constantly coming up with solutions on the fly at my shop to deal with the NLA dilemma involving parts and our cars. The M119 EGR gasket (1191420380) is no longer available and I personally hate cutting gaskets by hand, not to mention reinforced metal gasket material! I have drawn up the original gasket in solidworks and can supply a solidworks file, STL, DXF, or DWG file should you want to get the gasket cut by someone with a laser cutter near you. I also drew up an EGR block off plate if you are in a state without emissions and would like to delete it or want to use it for a performance M119 build. Any machinist can whip it up for you for cheap, or you can upload the file to the website below and they can cut and ship it to you.

I need to update the file to fix the bolt hole spacing by a few millimeters but other than that it’s ready to go. I am not able to upload the file type here yet, I will continue trying but if you are interested PM me and I will email you the files.

My plan is to reach out to a few gasket companies and see if they would be able to supply them or at least manufacture a lot for me. I would rather them handle the selling part but if they aren’t interested I will probably have them made and can supply them should you need one!

Pictured is a used genuine gasket and in the other image is a 3d printed test model so I could verify fitment.
