Thank you G320 Driver!It is the light regulator taken piston, there use to be a piston inside. If you hooked the trailer the light will go up. This can be set down the beam of the light with the regulator beside the light switch. This is a glycol piston given1 in cabin and taken piston each headlight for adjusting up and down of the headlights.
The regulator mostly break inside or the glycol is desperate with the time.
I just change it to the electric type because in Germany this is mandatory to pass the 2 year inspection TUV (TECHNICALLY INSPECTING GROUP) otherwise no pass through.

Are they still working or is there another solution for the headlight regulations.
Headlights are an aftermarket replacement. I don’t tow anything and we don’t have yearly inspections here in Aus. Will leave them disconnected for now.
