Hard cold and hot start…

Hi guys my car takes at least seven cranks to start engine hot or cold .Car runs perfect .What can this be ?Starter is new so is the battery engine turns fast.

Fuel pump or regulator (FPR) are most likely.

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge you can attach to the fuel rail, to observe pressure while cranking?
 
Or to put it another way, if you do not have a record that this FPR was changed since 2010, change it out of rolling PM. It will be safer and it may cure your problem.
 
Assuming a cold engine that has been off for several hours or overnight:

Fuel pressure = zero at rail
Turn key on, fuel pump should run for 2 full seconds, fuel pressure should immediately jump to 55-60psi and remain there
Pressure should remain at 55+psi while cranking
Normal crank time is less than 2 seconds
