• Hi Guest !

    Welcome to the 500Eboard forum.

Since its founding in late 2008, 500Eboard has become the leading resource on the Internet for all things related to the Mercedes-Benz 500E and E500. In recent years, we have also expanded to include the 400E and E420 models, which are directly related to the 500E/E500.

We invite you to browse and take advantage of the information and resources here on the site. If you find helpful information, please register for full membership, and you'll find even more resources available. Feel free to ask questions, and make liberal use of the "Search" function to find answers.

We hope you will become an active contributor to the community!

    Sincerely,
    500Eboard Management

WANTED ISO 1992 400E LH module

Thanks, Jon. It's you and the rest with your educational posts and giving of time who are the stars. I'm simply trying to participate with a clean conscience asking others for part no's and procedures so I can operate without EPC and FSM and continue to live in the stone age.

Shewards ended up being the special adaption range LH module ('96). I'm tempted to get an eeprom reader and read all three for comparison, its been a while since I did some hex editing.

I was able to source a WOT module from car-part.com, there were a few junkyards that had them in the $150 range if anyone is still looking. When the box came my wife asked what was in it, I said15 my little ponies. :jono::gor-gor:
