Folks,

Just ordered this steering wheel from a german ebay seller. Sportline wheel (no airbag, although seller has complete wheel with airbag for sale as well). Grip looks a bit thicker than original, with extra padded sections as indicated with the circles. Was 180 Euro's, which seems like a really good price. Hoping to have in here and installed within a week or so. Definately wanted to keep the original sportline wheel look, as I agree its style just seems to fit the contours of the interior.

I'm hoping the stock airbag will drop in! The seller did confirm that the stock airbag should fit. I was thinking that for the extra 40 Euro's maybe I should have gone with the wheel and airbag included. Fingers crossed!

Should hopefully have the steering wheel this week, and get it installed next week. I'll post pics gents.

Hello to my northern neighbor! I enjoyed seeing your car racing vids on youtube.

Either that steering wheel is huge or that's a very small person holding it.

I was thinking the same. The steering wheel looks wider that the person's shoulder. So, I went out to the garage and my shoulder is about 4" wider the my steering wheel, and I'm just an average size person.

Im thinking the lady used to model in the pics is probally very petite.....at least I hope she is or else I got problems...lol. I would assume thats its using an old sportline steering wheel core, then refurbished/builtup. The seller has very postive feedback on ebay, for a variety of different steering wheels. Uses the same lady in the pics for each ad.

Well the wheel has arrived somewhere in Canada, awaiting Canada Customs to give their approval. The sizing question should hopefully be answered this week!

Ask the seller to measure the steering wheels's diameter and then use the circumference formula C=πd to find the size.

Well got the steering wheel today. Just like the one in the pics, just minus the contact ring (I assume the one in my wheel will work). It is a stock sportline core, re-covered with leather. Very nice, and just a bit thicker grip than stock. Very pleased with the quality, and the price.
