M119 cylinder heads swap

Hey guys, first post here
I've been wondering if m119 98* cylinder heads with ignition coils fits m119 with distributors ,if the cylinder heads are swapped with the coils and everything

You can bolt up the .98x coil-on-plug setup to an early (.97x) engine that had distributors, the LH engine management won't work with coil packs.

What exactly are you trying to do?
