Cheers all, going to make the "cool harness" adapter, I have 2 pin coolant temp sensor. Need to know the part number of this male pin:

Shocking, but in all of my tray of various MB plugs I only had 1 (need 2)

Basically want to make it "plug and play" so I don't have to solder the 1.5k ohm resistor to the factory harness, but rather to this adapter I'm going to make, something like this:

My temperature never goes above 110C with AC on, but I would like to try that "mod" and be able to remove that resistor-mounted plug if needed.

Please write up a HOW-TO on creating a CoolHarness, including part numbers and process.
Absolutely!

I wanted to try this for a while, and with these parts available for just few dollars to complete the process, why not... I do want to make sure of one thing, that it is plug-and-play inline, with no modifications to the stock parts.

Pin bushings ordered, will definitely share when I get it all together.

Regards,
D
