Passenger Side Wheelhouse

I'm in need of a passenger side front wheelhouse. My '93 had a previous repair done at some point in it's life and the body shop did an overlay instead of cutting it out. The car is in for a total repaint and I'd like to correct this while the engine is out and have it done the right way. Does anyone know if the wheelhouses for our engine bays are E500E specific or will any W124 wheelhouse work?

Do you mean the Plastic wheel arch liners? Like the picture attached? Yes they are E500E specific items to cater for the flared fenders.

If so the PN you need is 1248841635R they are still available & about £60 this side of the pond anyway.

I understood that Kip needs the metal part. These are non e500e specific, you can go with a normal w124 wheelhouse. The fenders are specific.

Correct. It's the metal part on the inside of the engine bay I was asking about. I lucked out. It turned out to just be a poor repair and what we were feeling underneath is a result of improper seam sealer. The bodyshop will remove the incorrect seam sealer and redo the previous repair.
