Removing K40 Installation and returning instrument cluster to stock

Hi ---

Question for the experienced folks here --
What's the best way to remove an existing K40 install and return the instrument cluster to stock?

See the picture of the LEDs installed in this instrument cluster here ---- is the best way to source a used cluster and swap all the gauges over (ebay listing for two clusters shown below).
