Screen Washer Hose Routing

I am replacing the screen washer hoses as the originals became very hard.

Does anyone know if there is a plastic panel that fits into the bonnet (hood) sheet metalwork that protects the washer fluid supply pipe coming from the tank to the washer jets. If such is fitted it would be next to the right hand bonnet hinge. The hole in the sheet metal is about 3 cm by 4 cm.

There is a similarly positioned fitting for the electrical connections on the drivers side.

PS Today I visited the local dealer and we could not see such a fitting; so either I am mistaken or it's on another W124 model.
