Squeaky Sun Visors

What's the best method to silence squeaky sun visors? This occurs when I pull deploy them up/down and the interior temp is around 90F. Their fine when it's cool.

I have a problem with my visors to, particularly the passenger one. When they are folded, the mirror on the vizor is covered by a plastic cover that warped with age and touches the top liner and creates squeaking. I figured my only option is replacement. They come at $100/vizor with mirror I think.

Mine appears to be from the metal rod that slides into the visor. Guess I'll see what kinda of dry lube I can find, they're in perfect shape otherwise. Was just thinking someone might have experienced this before.

They sell OEM felt pads in various colors and sizes specifically to quell squeaky interior parts.

Has anyone tried to tighten the screws and see if more tension is/was needed?
